In 2006 the Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister published “Getting in on the Act”. This was a user friendly guide to our obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights and the UK Human Rights Act. This document is a new supplementary guide to human rights for public authorities in Northern Ireland.
