Pay remit approval process

The pay remit approval process must be applied to the staff costs of public bodies whose expenditure scores against the Northern Ireland Departmental Expenditure Limits (DEL). This includes all Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) departments, agencies, Non–Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs) and other relevant Arm’s Length Bodies, (ALBs).
