    In February 2012, the National Children’s Bureau (NCB NI) and the Centre for Excellence and Outcomes (C4EO) were commissioned by the Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister (OFMdFM) to assist it in establishing an approach for bringing together Government departments so that each department has an opportunity to understand its role in terms of reducing child poverty.

    As part of this work, the NCB have produced an international review of child poverty outcomes models.
