Proposed Legislation – Executive Committee (Functions) Bill

The First Minister and deputy First Minister are proposing legislation to provide greater clarity for Ministers as to the circumstances in which they must refer matters to the Executive Committee for agreement. The proposed legislation will be introduced in the Assembly on Monday 6 July.
