    About Strategic Investment, Regeneration and International Relations Division

    The Strategic Investment, Regeneration and International Relations Division has responsibility for ILEX and Strategic Investment Board, the Investment Strategy for NI, strategic planning for NI's infrastructure investment and facilitating the regeneration of the Maze/Long Kesh, Ebrington and Magherafelt sites.

    Regeneration Sites Team

    The Regeneration Sites Team is in the Strategic Investment and Reform Division and is responsible for taking forward work flowing from the Reinvestment and Reform Initiative.

    Maze/Long Kesh

    The Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister (OFMDFM), now the Executive Office, has created a new Development Corporation to realise the economic, historical and reconciliation potential of the Maze/Long Kesh Regeneration Site.

    Strategic Investment Board

    The SIB has three main roles – helping to deliver projects, fostering reform and building a long term investment strategy for Northern Ireland.
