Partnership Agreement between The Executive Office and The Historical Institutional Abuse Redress Board

The purpose of the Partnership Agreement is to set out the partnership arrangements between The Executive Office and the Historical Institutional Abuse Redress Board (HIARB). In particular, it explains the overall governance framework within which the HIARB operates, including the framework through which the necessary assurance are provided to stakeholders. Roles/responsibilities of partners within the overall governance framework are also outlined.
