There is long-standing evidence of the impact of inequalities in areas such as life expectancy, health, employment, education, housing and social inclusion. This debate has been particularly intense in the recent years of economic austerity. However, less attention in this field has been given to the dimension of age.

This report explores socio-economic inequalities, with a particular focus on older people.
